Is there an inside pocket for a phone?
There are 2 inside pockets 1 for a phone or other type of handheld device and another pocket for gloves or hat to keep warm.

Is this jacket actually waterproof?
I can't guarantee that's it's totally waterproof in serious downpours, but I can say that every time I have walked out in a moderate or light rain showers I haven't gotten wet at all! This jacket seems to be VERY water resistant if not actually waterproof and I've never gotten wet while wearing it! It also doesn't let body moisture out at all so if you sweat then it will stay right on you!

Is there fleece lining in the sleeves as well?
No there is not.

Is the coat heavy duty and has great insulation.
Just went for a 4 mile walk at temperature of 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat was comfortable with sweater underneath. Insulation is evenly distributed and coat is very wind-resistant. Insulation is very good, but not would I would call heavy duty.

How cold can this jacket withstand?
This jacket blocks wind very well, it is warm and roomy so put some layers under it. I was warm at 10 degrees and 20 mph wind with a t shirt, long sleeve shirt and a hoodie under it. That is minimal layering but I was very comfortable.

I am 5,10 and 169lb, and confused with size. Should I order medium or large? Most of my coats are large in US size. Also I want to order ski pants, and am 32/32. The chart says small. Is that correct? Would like to know before I order. And one more thing..lol. If i order by 12/6/2021, Will I get it within 10 days? Going on a trip on the 12/20.

Should not be a problem on Kilimanjaro. The closer you get to the sun the warmer it gets. I made it to the top in sandals and shorts. Why 6 days? Are you camping up there for the last 5 days? I made it to the top and back in 1 day, just saying.
