At Wantdo returns are super easy, we strive to provide amazing product and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Wantdo offers a 30 day Warranty for all products.
From the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your item. Log into your account and click on the "Returns & Exchanges" tab and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, go to our Return Center. Please upload at least one picture to confirm that the return item is intact with its original manufacture tags and packaging.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. Please make sure that the returned item is "sellable condition"(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you. Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the return label, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you.
If the products received are defective or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returns. Once the returned products are received, Wantdo will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15.
Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will vary based on the carrier you choose.
We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, to avoid additional return shipping cost.
We will reimburse the return shipping cost for up to $15 in the following types of situations:
- Manufacture defects: quality issues, zipper defects, rip or torn
- Wrong/missing item from the package.
However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:
- Wrong size/color ordered
- Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted
- Any other reasons

We offer a $10 store credit to cover the return shipping cost for all exchanges. If you need to start an exchange, follow the same instructions as you would return the item and choose "exchange" when filling out the return form. We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email along with the $10 coupon.
If your added Route protection to your order, you can file a claim with Route when your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to have your order refunded or reorder your items as a solution.
To start file an issue, go to the Route Resolve Center (via the Route app or web link from your order confirmation email), and enter your email and order number.
- Please make sure to use the shipping label provided by us. Any return without our return shipping label WILL NOT be confirmed or refunded.
- The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
- Please upload a photo to show that the return item is intact with its original packaging and tags. You can upload the photos after you fill in your order number and email address at Return Center:
